EM Apartment is an affordable and comfortable base to play, relax and explore the spectacular coastline and ancient forests of the Margaret River region. World class wineries and gourmet delights await, or for the more adventurous trail riding, whale watching, surfing and swimming are at your doorstep.

Fitted with all you will need for your holiday escape the open plan space is designed with a spacious king bed, ensuite, fresh linens & towels, a kitchenette including microwave & coffee and tea making facilities, sitting table and chairs and television, all designed to help you relax in the space and enjoy your holiday.

Renown for wine, surf and unprecedented natural beauty, Margaret River has everything you will need for your perfect weekend away. The Town of Margaret River sits along the Margaret River which flows to the ocean from the Blackwood Forest to the east, to the ocean in the west at Prevelley. Surfers Point at Prevelley is the spot to watch the locals catching waves.
For a real treat head to the Margaret River Farmers Market every Saturday morning from 8am -12 Lot 272 Bussell hwy, here you'll find a stunning array of local grown produce and gourmet foods, if you're down you don't want to miss it!

Head to drift cafe for your morning coffee which is literally 50 metres from your door. Visit some beautiful boutiques, Marine and co, Isla Samsara & Finch Margaret River or for homewares the iconic Llyods of Margaret River.
Check out some of the Rails to Trails and Ten Mile Brook tracks are great for all levels of fitness and talent, whether bike riding or walking.

Head to Margaret River main break to watch surfers of grab a coffee and bite to eat at the white elephant and sit over looking Gnarabup beach.

Hi, my name is Michael & we operate Margaret River Properties focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as you play, relax and explore our region.

Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since.

After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. We hope you fall in love with Dunsborough and the Margaret River region and that you can unwind in our spaces.

We love experiencing coffee, amazing food and wine, and we are lucky that we have so many world-class options here! I love meeting new people and seeing what brings them to our region, so please reach out for suggestions, things to do or unique places to visit. There is something for everyone and each season.
