Our 1 Bedroom Studio apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, private bathroom, and comfortable full bed. Just minutes away from everything Dublin City has to offer, this home away from home is the perfect set-up for the couple traveling abroad.

Access is via Staircase only, There is NO Elevator as the building is historical in nature

Molloy's Apartments will welcome guests to Dublin for the first time in Summer 2018. Featuring a bar and free WiFi, we are located in the heart of Dublin, close to Dublin Convention Center and Trinity College.

The newly renovated apartments are comprised of 5 apartments of varying sizes and one single private room, meaning there are plenty of options for families, couples, and individuals alike.

The building has a fully refurbished bar on the ground floor, perfect for food, beverages, and craic. Within just a 10 minute walk to O'Connell Street it is conveniently located so you can easily access all of Dublin's main attractions. Temple Bar is a 13-minute walk from the apartment, while Dublin Tourism Center is 0.7 miles from the property. Dublin Airport is only 5 miles away.

At Molloy's Apartments, we offer check in times from 4pm to 10pm. We can also offer friendly advice on how to get around Dublin.

I'm Dermot I currently work in the hospitality industry in dublin, I used to run one of the busiest backpacker hostels in Dublin and one of the largest pop up apart hotels in Ireland. I pretty much know everything you need to know about the city so if you want any advice or if I can help in any way, that's what I love to do!

My Top 5 thing's I couldn't possibly live without are
1: Dublin pub's
2: A traditional Irish music session is fantastic with some Irish Food.
3: Human contact. I love people so much so I have put myself in a job where I pretty much meet 300 people a day!
4: Phone .. Keeping in contact with my diversely international friend list can be tough , but with the joy of the interwebs today..keeping in touch can be a breeze.
5. A nice Howth village Cliff walk with fish and Chips is a must if you visit Dublin.
6: Family..that's a no brainer!

I love movies more than books usually. My top film ever is a toss up between Die Hard and the Shawshank Redemption & FYI….The Marvel Cinematic universe is Genius!
