The room boasts private parking and a pleasant view of woodland. It’s a single bed, sofa, ceiling fan, tv, wi-Fi. With private access onto the street (parking by door) and private access to shared facilities. Your stay is 100% private. My home is situated on a quiet street, shared with Dave (long term lodger) and myself (I live here) I’m home some of the time and will welcome guests as they arrive but self-check in is available/easy if not. Any requests I’ll accommodate whenever possible.

Ambienti
The room itself is as in the pictures and is private. It’s a quiet street and I myself have slept in there and slept well. The kitchen diner is practical and fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. As a guest you are welcome to use all of the above and I am happy to accommodate other requests, ie past guests requested a microwave so I bought one.
The bathroom is unusual, I’m currently decorating then will post pictures. It’s a walk in shower and stainless toilet, a quirky and personal shower room of my own design, some love it, either way it does the job, and as a bonus it is quiet good for minor disability and possibly wheelchair users, and again I am keen for constructive criticism so inspire me.

Hi, I’m a frequent flyer at University and am self employed. I share my home with my long term lodger, Dave. I live in, as this is my home, so will be available at least some of the time if not all of the duration of your stay and am always reachable by phone. I have two rooms available, one is the front room, ground floor of the house with private entry from the street, so your stay is 100% private. I also have a box room upstairs, cheaper due to its size but still lovely. I’m easy going and my home is happy and friendly. I’m a ‘maker’ I find treasure in life and upcycle in my spare time, I love to read, dance and meet new people so air bnb appeals to me both to make a living and to enrich life. I have two cats and this is their home, they are free to come and go as they please and do so. They are very nervous and will generally leave guests in peace but they both love a fuss and will come to you if you are here for a longer stay.

I am away from home frequently but am always in touch via mobile. I am willing to work around guests and check in where needed and am always open to accommodating personal needs wherever possible ie the room and all facilities are all on one level and I could possibly accommodate a wheelchair user with the addition of a small ramp into the house etc.
