This space is for 1 person only, no exception! Private room in a house with private entrance, private bathroom with a small shower cabin, backyard/patio. Great location in West Sedona. AC/heater, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, coffee press, wifi, Roku TV (streaming channels only), DVD. Relax in the patio and enjoy the zen backyard. Easy self check-in. Earliest check-in 4 pm. No luggage drop off. Price and 1 person rule are non-negotiable.

Private room, private bathroom with shower (shower cabin size is within standard but it is the smallest size standard which is 32”x32”), private entrance, wooden deck with a wooden bench and table, office table and chair in the room. Closet, fridge, microwave, coffee press, Roku TV with limited free streaming channels and DVD player in the room. Parking off street.
This space is for 1 person only, no exception. Violation to this 1 person occupancy rule will incur a $300 per night fine.

About Melati: Sedona resident for 15+ years, originally from Bali. I’m a realtor and a gallery owner. I love nature, hiking, biking, tennis, great food, nice music. I’ll be the one who answers your inquiries on this AirBnB app.
About Melati’s husband Max:
Sedona resident for 20+ years, originally from Austria. An anthropologist by education, he spent his earlier years exploring numerous cultures in Asia as a researcher and a travel book writer, as well as a publisher.
He now works for a vacation rental management company (what a change haha!). What keeps him sane is that he still has time for his hobbies; hiking, tennis, and skiing.

Upon confirmed bookings, we will inform key codes and self check-in instructions. For our Sedona guests, self check-in is mandatory.

For our Bali guests, after confirmed bookings, I will send you the contact information of our local staff in Bali.

In regards to traveling, we are the type of travelers who enjoy nature, culture and adventure. Great food is a plus!

You will do self check-in and self check-out (easy, instructions will be provided).
This in-law suite is oriented towards the back yard and is separated from the main house by a hall way and a laundry room; it’s very quiet.
You may use washer and dryer (shared) in the laundry room, free of charge. We're not responsible for loss or damage of your items put in the W&D. Upon check-out, put key back in the box, scramble the code. Make sure you bring with you all your belongings. $50 charge for lost key. $25 minimum handling charge plus cost of shipping if you want us to ship your forgotten items. $50 up to a full one night charge for late check out.
