*BRAND NEW* Modern rustic decor, private-entry 1 bedroom downstairs basement apt. w/ separate kitchen (full size refrig.), living room, cable TV, full bath, and separate bedroom with desk and wireless (fast) wi-fi for those on business travel. Complete with furnished private patio area, and porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee. We are Minutes from GSP airport too. Full parking available. Separate walkway leading to the back patio entrance. No handicap access sorry :(. Since it is a beautiful but downstairs basement apt. - there might be minimal sound from upstairs but we are always courteous of our guests and we have no children. PERFECT for travel nurses on long term assignment as Spartanburg and Greenville hospital systems are nearby! Special rates apply.

Guests can have access to backyard and bottom patio area as well as plenty of driveway space. The driveway space to the left of the garage is designated for guests.

We live in the house above the apartment, so you will probably see us here and there. However the amount of interaction is entirely up to you. We are here for you if you need anything. Feel free to message me through the Airbnb app as well!

We love the mountains and the rivers and when we get the chance to head to our place in Florida, the beach! life is amazing! Kayaking , 4 wheeling and fishing off the pier. Love comedies, Lisa is a people person, outgoing and cheerful, Greg is more tech savvy but has a hilarious sense of humor as well. Good down to earth people that spoil their "fur babies" aka cats. You will be pleasantly surprised at the amount of things to do around Greenville, SC and if you want to have a 30 day stay or more in FL check out our “Dream Condo close to the Beach” in Jensen Beach “The sailfish capital of the world!”
