It consist of :
Kitchen fully equipped with furniture from the luxury collection of interni moda bagno and Gaggenau electric appliances ( dishwashing machine, oven, absorber, fridge), as well as all kitchen gadgets. It also has a breakfast marble table.
The kitchen has direct access, through independent entrance, to the garden.
Dinning room for eight persons ( table1,6mx1,6m)
A living area with two sitting places with a modern bar and a fireplace and direct communication with the dinning room.
The living area is followed by the swimming pool, the private beach and the sea of the Korinthian gulf, consisting a surrounding space of an amazing mixed interaction of inside and outside.

The bedroom has an internal bathroom with bathtub.
Big library and office area close to the Master bedroom, with open space internal balcony towards the fireplace living room, all with direct sea view.

Surrounding Space surface of 1400 m2

The villa surrounding place is deployed in two parts.
In the entrance of the house after the parking rump, one can find the west garden which comprises sitting space under a pergola, barbeque, bricked oven, kinder swings and high trees as well as a stoned store place ( for garden’s tools, living space articles and the watering tank).
The part of the surrounding place in the same level with the ground floor living rooms, contains the swimming pool of dimensions 7,5mx12,5 m. It is laying in the eastern part of villa, following the sea of Korinthian gulf.

Perimetrically of the swimming pool a big tiled covered space is deployed for the accommodation of external sitting places and deck chairs from the teak collection of interni moda bagno.
Below the pool, a fully illuminated and marble covered store place exists.
The surrounding place that contains the swimming pool is covered by lawn and configured with big trees clusters, part of bushes for shadowing the living space near the swimming pool.
Below this living place one can find an isolated part of garden that is connecting through an external door the visitors with the beach….

Bedrooms and living rooms as well as the dinning room are covered with oak timber and the corridors as well as the escalators with Dionyssos marble.
Bathrooms are covered by marble tesserae and together with sanitary articles are designed by interni moda bagno.
All basement rooms are covered by granite tiles
Swimming pool is covered by Bisazza tesserae
Every floor has autonomous heating
Basement is heated with a circuit of water circulating radiators while ground floor and first floor with a in floor heating system
Air conditioning system is available to all floors(although is seldom needed to be used)

I love experiencing the multi cultural air of the cities and civilisations, via the world of design and architecture - untill we get into the rythms of real travels!

My late scientific interest for historical buildings, sites and monuments as well as teaching students experience, forced my family to move in Athens since 2012, in order to dedicate myself in what I like.
