2. Please be informed that most condominiums in Bangkok have a signboard in the lobby or elevator that mentions against short term rental. (Airbnb has some conflicts with Thai law.) But you can make sure that by following my suggestions and the house rule, everything will be fine.
3. Our space is NOT a hotel, we don't have any staff at the spot. Anything you need please feel free to let me know.
4. Please take off your shoes while entering the room.
5. Smoking isn't allowed in all the space areas, including the balcony. Any smoke that triggers alarm will lead to a fine 5,000 baht.
6. Please turn off the air condition and electricity, close all the windows before leaving the room every time.
7. SWIMMING CAP and SWIMMING SUIT ARE REQUIRED for the swimming pool.
8. Please keep the keycard carefully. The missing key card will be charged 2,000 baht.
9. Guests will be charged for damages they have caused to the room, furniture, and other amenities.
10. Please keep the room cleaned and tidy before checking out.

The condominium is located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. It's a little bit outside from the city center but still very easy to get into the city by MRT. Moreover, you can easily go to other famous cities near Bangkok (e.g. Pattaya, Ayutthaya, Rayong, etc.) because it's near Morchit bus terminal station.
