The house features an outdoor jacuzzi in a private patio, within a luscious garden. It has a private underground parking spot in the garage, together with all the mod cons. Yes you get air con, wi-fi and cable. Just a five minute walk to the subway and the Tagus river, and a ten minute walk to the start of the famous 28 tram.
