This stylish studio, formally our boat house, is a 5 minute walk from the sea on the beautiful Isle of Seil, reached over a bridge.
The open plan space has kitchen with all the essentials, sofa, dining area with table and chairs, TV, lobby with feature slate wall, cabin style double bed, stylish bathroom with under floor heating.
You will have your own outdoor space at the front and rear of the boathouse with fire pit/bbq to relax outdoors and star gaze.
You will have WiFi, streaming TV & music.

The studio style accommodation is finished to a high standard with solid beech flooring and under floor heating in the bathroom.

You have all you need to be super comfy, all on ground level.

The stylish open plan space has a kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, oven and all the kitchen essentials.

You have a built in double bed, 2 seater sofa, table and chairs, 40 inch flat screen TV and high speed WIFI.

Your fully tiled modern bathroom has double shower with three quarter glass screen, toilet, sink and mirror.

There is a real slate feature wall with coat hooks.

You have a fire pit and seasoned wood and outdoor cooking utensils will be provided.

There is a shop five minutes walk away that has everything you need. There is all the usual supermarkets in Oban including Marks and Spencer’s, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi.

Seil has been our home for the last 18 years and we love it for its beautiful coastline, scenic walks and the peace and tranquillity. We are 15 miles (30 mins drive) south of Oban with its wide choice of bars and restaurants.

You access the island from the 17th century bridge, named the bridge over the Atlantic.

The garden gives fantastic views of the countryside and also privacy. We love outdoor living and enjoy our fire pit and star gazing which is fabulous, due to the lack of light pollution.

There is lots to do locally including visiting the islands, boat trips, kayaking, lots of wildlife, great walking and amazing leisure facilities in Oban.

Nick my husband and I have lived on the Isle of Seil in Scotland for the last 18 years and love the lifestyle the area offers.
We love to socialise and share our lovely home with travellers.
We have been hosting and travelling using Airbnb for 6 years now and have had fantastic experiences and really enjoy sharing our quiet spot on the west coast of Scotland.
We also have house swapped and will always consider this to enhance our holiday experiences.
