Enjoy the privacy of your own home at exclusive Quintas de Sauípe, combined with the comfort of personal service. Four ensuite bedrooms, a private 12-metre pool, spacious terraces and an outdoor barbecue kitchen offer plenty of room to relax. Our trusted long-time housekeeper looks after the home during your stay and can prepare fresh meals to your taste. Ideal for couples and families who value privacy, space and personal service.

The house offers around 320 m² of indoor and outdoor living space and has four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room: one king suite, one queen suite and two suites with two single beds each.
Much of life at the house takes place outdoors. The private 12-metre pool is surrounded by a spacious pool deck with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and churrasqueira. A large French-door refrigerator provides filtered drinking water and ice.
The Home Theatre with TV also serves as a shaded living area. Large sliding doors on three sides provide natural ventilation and connect the space with the pool and garden. Above it, a covered 20 m² upper terrace offers wide views across the property, the lagoon and towards the beach.
The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is also our own holiday home – it was not furnished solely as a rental property.

Guests have access to the shared facilities of Quintas de Sauípe, including the clubhouse, fitness area, tennis courts, an air-conditioned squash court and other sports facilities.
The condominium has its own beach area and beach pavilion, which is serviced during high season. A lifeguard is on duty daily from 8 am to 4 pm. Two additional beach bars belonging to neighbouring condominiums can be reached by walking along the beach.
The beach lies across the lagoon. By car, the approximately 4 km drive takes around 10 minutes, following the lagoon to the condominium’s controlled beach access.
Also within the wider complex is the Costa do Sauípe resort with five hotels, approximately 6 km away by car and also accessible along the beach. The area offers additional beach facilities and activities, including a surf school and small stalls run by local vendors and artisans.
The condominium concierge provides up-to-date information about activities, the clubhouse restaurant and other services.
Your stay therefore combines the privacy of your own home and pool with the facilities of an exclusive beach condominium and the amenities of the nearby resort area.

Quintas de Sauípe Grande Laguna is a private, access-controlled condominium located within the also secured Costa do Sauípe complex. Guests therefore pass through two separate security gates (portarias) on their way to the house.
For the required pre-registration, we need a complete guest list before arrival, including each guest’s full name, date of birth and passport number or CPF. This information is shared with the condominium solely for the required access registration. The concierge arranges access for the duration of the booked stay. Guests may be asked to present identification at the security gates upon arrival.
Food and beverages are not included in the accommodation price and are purchased by guests according to their personal preferences. Several supermarkets in the area offer delivery to the condominium. Our housekeeper and cook will be happy to use the groceries provided to prepare breakfast and lunch.
For groups of 6 to 8 guests, a second housekeeper assists our housekeeper and cook due to the additional workload. This is already reflected in the occupancy-based pricing, with no additional charge payable at the property.
