Cozy & rustic small lake view cottage w/two decks & parking for 3 cars, short walk down to deeded lake beach, , 15 min Brimfield Markets/ Sturbridge Village, Tree House Brewery. Easy I-84 or MA Pike. Best suited to accommodate 4 if full beds shared. Single sleeper can be used. A/C units in bedrooms. Inflatable tubes and canoe. No parties/large indoor/outdoor gatherings allowed due to small size of cabin, proximity or neighbors & quiet atmosphere. Great location to explore New England from.

Cozy hill side house with a great location, great view of lake especially in Fall/Winter. Small bedrooms and galley kitchen with utensils, cookware, appliances, sheets and towels provided. Enjoy the evening quiet, There is WiFi only and Roku TV (don't forget your passwords) as well as DVD player with a wide selection of DVDs
NOTE before booking:
-this is a hillside cabin with paver stone paths, not ideal for those with mobility issues and:/or advanced age or limitations

Equal parts year round dwellings and seasonal cottages, the area is hilly and part of what is known as "the last Green Valley", a national heritage area known for being peaceful, and rich in outdoor recreation. The lake area is mostly cottage dwellings typical of New England recreational lake settings: close house proximity but very quiet. Close to Bigelow Hollow State Park, Union CT , Brimfield forest, Wells State, several smaller land trust hiking areas, the famous Tree House Brewery (20 minutes!) parks for hiking/walking in addition to fishing at Hamilton Reservoir (fishing license suggested).

The cabin is exclusively yours to enjoy - and hence if you need anything please text, email or call me at the numbers noted. Its a small space and ideally suited to couples or small parties up to three people to ensure a comfortable stay. The cabin is not and cannot be a hotel alternative, its on a hillside so those with mobility or advanced age probably should not book it - its a cabin so has paver stone path steps and is supplied via well water: the water is high in iron content and sulfur, you may opt for bottled water for drinking and seasonally, the hot water can have an odor - I strive to keep it stocked with items to make your stay clean, comfortable and fun, and think it offers a great get away. I hope you enjoy it! With that being said, I hope you will treat this cottage and the beach area, as you would your own home, the beach area is accessed via a rather steep incline (as mentioned this is hillside cabin), and is a private beach shared by all homeowners in the immediate area - it is usually quiet but on holidays and heatwaves, you can expect company and active boating/jet skiing - there is no trash pick up or cans at beach area so all trash must be picked up and deposited at the cabin recepticles
