Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful cottage. A Two bedroom one bath cottage featuring full kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and a full bath with bathtub/shower. A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. We’re doing an off-season discount! This is tiny cabin in the woods! Have you ever used a hot tub in the snow? You should try it! Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Walk to Yorkies ice-cream after a fun day @ the lake fishing, hunting, boating & swimming. Short drives to Conneaut Lake, Spillway, local wineries, & Pymatuning Deer Park where you can feed the deer, monkeys, & more animals by hand. Large driveway can handle 6 cars or accommodates a boat along with your vehicles. In the evening relax by the firepit as the kids play on swing set.

If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

(The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family.
