The downstairs of our Carriage House has been renovated into a guest house. We have a full bath and king sized bed ready for a quiet night's sleep. A few minutes walk to downtown Statesboro, we are just over a mile from GSU and East GA Hospital and 7 miles to Mill Creek’s Splash in The Boro. We have cable TV & wireless internet. You can cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen. You'll be in walking distance of dining, grocery store, bakery and more. Our enclosed back area is a great place for your pup to explore or to grill a steak. It's also a smoking area.

Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.
