This is the downstairs to our primary home that we have converted to 'The Duke' with John Wayne western décor, comfortable living room with mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Don't forget to peek into the kid friendly 'cupboard under the stairs' Harry Potter inspired closet. Relax each day on the 6' by 40' covered deck listening to the Rio Ruidoso river below

The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

The flat is fully updated with all comforts that you are accustomed too and more! It has a kitchen with all the amenities in a five star resort, laundry space with a new washer and dryer, and entertainment area with Roku (Hulu, NetFlix, and Apple TV). We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.
