Complete with a pristine lake view and 2-acre wooded property is the perfect combination for relaxation and fun. It has so much natural light beaming in through the 7 sliding doors, along with access to a private dock and is minutes away from a boat ramp. The calm morning waters are perfect for fishing or a morning paddle board around the lake.

Peaceful Wooded Lake Cottage Retreat

Spacious lake cottage just one lot from the lakefront in a quiet wooded Raccoon Lake neighborhood. The property features a great room & a large screened-in side deck and open deck, a second living room & spacious kitchen providing plenty of room for guests to mingle and spread out. Exit the front door, take the path to shared stairs to the cove and in minutes you can be at the seawall on a beautiful, serene lake cove (access must be requested at the time of rental and incurs a $15/day fee).

The Townhouse Retreat

Enjoy a spacious new townhouse with an outdoor deck, front porch and large yard. Sleeps up to eight. The two downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The primary bedroom has an en suite. There is a half bath just outside the second bedroom’s door. The spacious upstairs has two full beds and a large bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer and a one car garage. We are located just four blocks from Rockville's quaint downtown square and within a fifteen minute drive from two state parks.

Cozy lakefront A-frame Cabin

The Tinkers Cabin is nestled in the heart of Parke County, known for its covered bridges and Turkey Run State Park. It features a lakefront view and direct access to Raccoon Lake, complete with a 30-foot seawall. We love swimming and boating in the summer, enjoying fall colors, and exploring the lakebed in the winter when the water is drained for capacity. In the evenings, you can gather around an outdoor bonfire or stream your favorite movies with free Wi-Fi and smart TV in this cozy cabin.

The 1938 Barn

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.

The Getaway House with Hot Tub and Pool

Enjoy the beautiful hot tub year round with the woods as your view, along with a screened-in area on the back deck and a semi-inground, heated swimming pool! Roasting marshmallows over a campfire is perfect for those cool evenings on the large concrete fire pit (firewood is available, free of charge). Metal skewers and a charcoal grill provided (bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid). Pool open 6/6 -9/7/25. This charming 2 bdrm, 1 bath home is perfect for families or couples.

The Cozy Canary

The Cozy Canary is the perfect getaway, located in Parke County “Covered Bridge Capital of the World”. Just a 3-min walk to Raccoon Lake. 1st floor features 1 bdrm, full bath, living rm, game area & outdoor deck. Lower-level features 1 bdrm w/full bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, add’l queen bed w/privacy curtain, screened in porch, outdoor fire pit. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Step outside to find yourself in a charming town brimming with local shops, eateries, and historical landmarks. The Old Jail Inn is your perfect base for exploring or attending local events.

The Martin House Rental

The Martin house is a perfect getaway for small town festivities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, the upstairs 2 bedrooms have a king and 2 twin beds. The sofa in living room also makes a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a Weber gas grill on the back patio. The garage has a pool table, tv, comfy seating. The spacious 4 acre outdoor area has a fire pit and picnic table.
