You will find a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and dishes to prepare a meal. You can enjoy a lazy day reclined back watching TV or visiting in the living room. We offer 2 bedroom 1 queen size private and 1 bunk room with 2 full size and 2 twin size beds. We have a covered patio area, large parking area, and plenty of yard to enjoy! All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.
