Our guesthouse is located a one-minute-walk away from Mirissa beach where you can find a fantastic surf spot and a lot of restaurants. Our accomodation is surrounded by many banana trees, so it is quiet here and you will have a beautiful view from your room's balcony. We serve home-made Sri Lankan breakfast. You will live in our Couples Room, located on the first floor of our quiet Guesthouse with a view of our beautiful garden. This private room contains a Kingsize bed, wardrobe & drawer, celling fan, airconditioner and an ensuite bathroom. Our garden gives plenty of room to relax. You can enjoy a free breakfast consisting of Tea or Coffee, a fruit platter, eggs, toasts & jam on our backyards terrace. You are welcome to use our open kitchen as well for self-catering with whatever you like.

The Kip B&B | Queen Room 2

Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Bright & airy, it sleeps two in a queen sized bed and features a small but functional private bathroom with a shower. The room is full of all the important details and standard creature comforts: super soft high quality linens, plush towels, rain showers with solar hot water, air-conditioning, high ceilings, free wifi and jungle views. Breakfast is included in the rate.

"Mirissa Bed and Breakfast" is set in a lush garden, slightly away from the noisy main road and the beach, although both are just a short walk away. Brand new AC in room number 8 since June 2024 :) All our rooms have a clean and stylish en-suite bathroom, AC, fan, a desk for anyone wishing to do a bit of work, and a large shared balcony. Our guests really love the open-air breakfast house & kitchen, where they can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and make their own meals if they wish.

It has shared use of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. Access to the pool and private beach. Continental Breakfast served upon request (5 dollars per person); welcome complimentary mineral water and toiletries free of charge. Bikes also available free of charge. Motorbikes can be rented on site.
