It consists of a bedroom, living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has been partly renovated, has a lot of natural light from windows on three sides. The neighborhood is lively with shops and café's around. Hallgrímskirkja is just 5 min away and the most important Art Museums and shopping area. The old harbour as well and Harpa.

The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).
