I'm happy to offer my 1st home as a host, providing all the amenities I've wanted as a guest in my years of successful stays on the AirBnB platform as a guest (laptop not included). Very private, cozy, and eclectic. Total renovation, Living room with fireplace, separate dining room, brand new kitchen with gas range and French Door refrigerator. Master with king bed and guest room has a workspace. Washer & Dryer Pet Notes: Pets have to be approved in advance of stay and pet fees will be charged Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Mulberry Cabin, a rustic tiny house cabin

Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Clover Cottage is a cozy place to stay if you need a quiet place to unwind. Located on Main Street, Clover Cottage is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The cottage is a completely renovated property which started life as the summer kitchen for the main house. The cottage is 150 years old and has maintained the charm of a historic home. To retain the history of the property and town, NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed on the property.

Ellzey Place

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
