In rural Alpharetta, a cozy and modern 1br/1ba efficiency on the outskirts of the highly sought after equestrian Milton community. Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Welcome to the "Suite T". You will have this entire basement suite area to yourself. Private entrance with Self check-in and private driveway. You will have over 850 sq ft of space! It is a very private location on 6 acres of land and surrounded by nature. If you desire peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. You will only be three miles from the interstate, restaurants and shopping, but will feel like you are in the middle of the woods.

Independent apartment just 25 minutes from Lake Point Sports Complex. Enjoy a private entrance with sound insulation for complete privacy. A 30-second walk leads to the shared dock, where a kayak awaits. The washer and dryer in the garage are shared with Carriage House guests. One off-street parking space is included.
