The home features exposed brick walls, large windows, authentic Saltillo tile floors, and tasteful midcentury modern furnishing and décor throughout. Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Fully equipt kitchenette, spacious full bath, and large bedroom. Remodeled in 2018 with new "everything" queen bed, 43"4K HDTV, large closet. Desert landscaped yard features mountain, city views, and patios. Very quiet neighborhood. A favorite stay for long and short term guests!

Beautiful private setting in Oro Valley Country Club. Our 800 sq ft casita (mother-in-law suite) has a private entrance with breathtaking golf/desert views. Tile floors. Brand new tiled bathroom! Well Equipped kitchen. The living room has 55 inches flat-screen Roku TV.WiFi. An electric fireplace for those cool desert evenings. Lots of wildlife. We are close to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, the loop ( biking, running, walking) shopping, and grocery stores. No Pets.
