Our lower level space is designed to hopefully provide everything you need! It is cozy, clean & bright! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small kitchen appliances. Storage space is available as well. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on the main floor but they are never allowed in the guest space.

This space is an Escape Vista trailer that has a full size queen bed and full bathroom. Heated and Air Conditioned, this will allow you to experience the beauty of the South Dakota Plains. Overlooking Salt Lake, be sure not to miss the sunset!

A home, all to yourself, a peaceful, restful and professional environment just for you. Easy access to Presentation and NSU and shopping. Recently updated, fresh, clean and modern, everything is located on the main floor for easy access. You may use the large driveway and garage as well, keyless entry simplifies your check in and departure. The lower level basement is not available for guest use as it is unfinished. Pets are allowed, we ask they are kept out of bedrooms and off of beds.
