Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. The location is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful getaway but still have easy access to town facilities. The cosy cottage has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. The rear of the cottage has an enclosed patio, perfect for those visiting with pets. Guests can also enjoy access to a private beach by the river.

Hideaway cottage is situated in the beautiful seaside town of Carnoustie. Carnoustie is famous for its championship golf course but has so much more on offer for families and visitors. Hideaway cottage is situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and golf course and the town's many restaurants, cafes and shops. Recently renovated, it sleeps four, with the second king-sized bed being able to split into two singles. There is also a lovely dog-safe garden, with secluded patio.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
