Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Beier's Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation in the street Bøgegade in Aarhus. You can stay overnight in a cosy patricia villa located centrally in one of the city's small oases. It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

Cosy first-floor apartment with balcony. The apartment is situated close to the University of Aarhus, Skejby Hospital and Aarhus city centre. There are stops for the tram (Letbanen) a few minutes' walk from the B&B. The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Free parking right at the B&B.

Klinker i trælook i alle rum. Vi er en familie på 4 ovenpå, hvilket af og til vil kunne høres. Gratis parkering på vejen og i indkørslen.

Det er en attraktiv lejlighed for såvel korte som lange ophold. Placeringen er midt i Århus, og alligevel er der næsten ingen trafikstøj. Lejligheden er renoveret og fuldt udstyret. Allergivenlig. Der er klassiske danske designmøbler. Der er to senge i soveafdelingen og en dobbelt sovesofa i stuen, så det er muligt at være op til fire personer. Fuldt udstyret køkken med spisebord med plads til fem. Der er the og kaffe til rådighed. Der er egen indgang, og det er muligt at benytte gårdhaven.

Stille og rolige omgivelser ca. 12km fra Århus centrum. Underetage af villa med egen indgang og taresse. Lejligheden er på 84 m2 med en stor dagligstue og køkken, stor badeværelse, soveværelse, og et lille værelse. Der er en dobbeltseng til 2 pesoner på soveværelset, dobbelt sovesofa til 2 personer i stuen, og en simpel seng på lille værelset. I køkkenet er der et komfur, mikrobølgeovn, opvaskemaskine, og et køleskab med en frøser. På badeværelset er der en vaskemaskine med en tørretumler.

Hyggelig lejlighed der ligger centralt i Aarhus, med en lækker gårdhave hvor man kan grille og hænge ud uden støjen fra midtbyen. Lejligheden rummer en stor stue og soveværelse med massere af opbevaringsplads, et dejligt køkken med alt man skulle have behov for at bruge, og et lille toilet med plads til opbevaring. Lejligheden har også en lækker altan, hvor man kan sidde og kigge ud over Aarhus og nyde solen. Det er en ikke ryger lejlighed og den er ikke egnet til folk med katteallergi.

The rooms are separated by partitions that stop 30 cm before the ceiling Cozy TV room, large kitchen / living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. oven and dishwasher. There are bed linen and towels included. NO SMOKING NO PARTY AGE LIMIT: YOU HAVE TO BE 27 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
