Kitchen opens into small pretty garden, then onto quiet cul-de sac for parking (permit provided- parking in the cul-de-sac not guaranteed but there are plenty of streets within the permit zones).

It has tea/coffee making facilities and- being at the top of the house it has restricted height in some places-having said that, it is a light and pleasant room. It has one single bed. It also has an en-suite shower room/loo, and whilst it is not vast has room for a little desk and an easy chair.
