This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

We are two minutes walk away from one of the beautiful Parahaki walks which takes you to the lookout at the top.

The cottage is nestled between small avocado and mixed fruit orchards, with a view out to the small pond and post’n’rail fenced paddocks beyond. The property boasts elegance and privacy with its long driveway, electric gate entrance, surrounding brick wall and showcasing a historic 1906 Villa homestead (your host's home). The Guesthouse is a fully renovated cottage that sits privately behind your host's Villa, with views onto Parihaka Mountain.

The Annex - self contained unit .

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.
