BBQ. Started by 2 unemployed Georgia boys, their first storefront was a small victorian house tucked away in a Longmont neighborhood. They now have 2 locations, The Shack in Longmont and The Smokehouse in Fredrick. Try to beans and sweet potato casserole for sure. You might have to ask secretly for the Burnt Ends, a brisket wonderland taste delight!

Real boys from Georgia. My favorite item isn’t on the menu: the Dog Bowl. You get any 2 meats and 3 sides, in a bowl, sooooo good (and it costs way less than all the other options).
