Best Sabich in Israel! If you like eggplant, don't let yourself miss the opportunity to try this meal. It's absolutely delicious and just ordering the meal is an experience.

Sabich is a common dish in Israel. It's basically a Pita bread filled with Humus, Tehini, Salad, pilled fried eggplants & a slowly boiled egg. "Oved's Sabich", is considered to be the best in Israel.

Sabbich is a traditional Iraqi dish made of eggplant and egg inside a Pita, and Oved says his is the best in the universe. An essential israeli experiece.
