If you like to enjoy picnics, this is a good spot. Everybody like to take out their dogs, eat something from cafés, restaurants or food trucks,have an ice cream or brunch or just relax with the locals.

Located in what used to be an industrial sector, the Ciudad del Río Linear Park is an urban and environmental landmark in the south of the city, created as a result of citizen initiatives and made up of around 60 thousand square meters of a green area surrounded by residential buildings. Over time it has become an ideal space for meeting, leisure and culture, and it is common to see there parents playing with their young children, picnics with friends or people practicing outdoor sports. This park is also a neighbor of the MAMM (Museum of Modern Art of Medellín), so it is common to see artistic and cultural activities taking place in its different spaces.
