About an half hour from Viareggio, on the hills, perfect for hot summer evenings, you'll find this historic trattoria in an old farmhouse in the Apuana Alps, just behind Forte dei Marmi. Dine at the beautiful and cool outdoor tables in the greenery. Mixed charcuterie appetizers: prosciutto crudo, lardo, bacon, salami, mortadella from Cardoso and biroldo. A selection of sheep cheeses, also very good, served with honey and jams. Farro salad and panzanelle, lard and sausage crostini. The second dishes are excellent grilled meat: a mix of pork (ribs, sausage, chops) and beef steak, accompanied by side dishes of roasted potatoes and crispy vegetables undervinegar. The grocery is small and worth the drive. Only open in the summer season

Una trattoria che offre ristoro e merende nella veranda nel giardino con vista sulle Alpi Apuane. La meta perfetta per un'ottima carne alla brace e per una cena al fresco nelle calde giornate estive.

Fuori mano, in mezzo alle montagne della Versilia. Perché? Perché sono i sapori della tradizione, perchè se nella piana si bocchegia, qui serve il golfino. Perché i prodotti sono loro, venduto e serviti con amore.
