Ludlow is famous for its food scene with lots of independent restaurants and Cafe. Most days the town hosts markets in it's central square. It also has a large Castle which is the location of it's Food Festival and Medieval fayre.

Beautiful castle open to the public, also have craft markets, cafés, pubs, historical town. Well worth a visit

Shropshire's second town. Picturesque with a castle. Also a fantastic food centre just out of Ludlow on the A49.

Very beautiful town with an ancient castle, beautiful architecture and scenery, and a fabulous market and restaurants. A 50min drive away but definitely worth it.
