Very cute Awesome place for kids esp. if the love Lions. Located about 20 miles south of Las Vegas in Henderson, the Lion Habitat Ranch is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday through Monday (beginning Oct. 20, it’s open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Monday). Don’t forget to take advantage of the local resident discount!

Remember the lions at MGM's lobby? Well they are still around. They have their own sanctuary grounds you can go visit and have roaring of a good time. Go early so you can see them active and playing around. Large cats tend to be lazy in the afternoons.
