A Utah favorite for made to order Mexican food. Sweet pork is our favorite meat there.

Cafe Rio and Costa Vida are a bit of a Mexican grill rivalry here in Utah! (The one thing Costa Vida has that Cafe Rio doesn’t is raspberry chicken). However, my favorite menu item is the sweet pork in a burrito or on a salad and I prefer the pork from Cafe Rio. Drive through, take out or sit down.
