We give long term discounts calculated at check-in. This room has private entrance on the east side of the building with a private bathroom with modern fiberglass shower. Plenty of parking. The Patterson Mansion was originally a private home built in 1919 by the owner Samuel F. Patterson. The bathrooms are modern. The bath includes ceramic floors, modern bathroom fixtures shower and pedestal sink. This home is close to the River, Lakes and hiking trails available in Roanoke Rapids. No smoking.
