The Lakefront Cottage is located on a gorgeous, uniquely secluded 8800 sq ft lot with 200 ft of lake frontage with dock. The cottage has one of the best views on the lake. Adorable, remodeled lakefront cottage getaway for two, a business traveler, remote worker or a small family on Big Pine Island, an all-sports lake approximately 30 minutes from Grand Rapids. There are no long stairs just a couple off of the main deck so it's a nice amenity for seniors. The home is located on a double empty lot, houses are NOT on top of each other. Property is all lake in the front and trees on each side of the house. This is your own little lake paradise. Pottery Barn feel with beautiful lake views from living room and kitchen. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite counter tops with a wine refrigerator too! Multiple decks for entertaining with bbqing with Weber gas grill, teak table and fire pit table. Large swing overlooks the lake to relax to enjoy summer evening. A large firepit with Adirondack chairs within feet of the shore. There is a cozy fireplace in the cottage with a 65" Samsung Smart TV to enjoy a nice winter evening. The master bedroom has a second TV over a fireplace. High-speed internet makes working from home a breeze. Signal is strong enough to work on the outside on decks where you can enjoy the view while working. Two kayaks are included with rental. The Lake Lodge is a wonderful little getaway. The cottage is 850 square feet of cozy comfort with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy the lake. It's a great place for relaxing. I am available by text or phone call. I stay about 15 minutes away from the property. Big Pine Island is a 223- acre all sports lake. Well-known for fishing and its 4th of July fireworks. Close to Cannonsburg, Rockford, Lowell and Greenville. It's approximately 30 minutes to Grand Rapids. Dogs are welcome for $50 per stay. You can access the basement through a private entrance. Kitchen has a toaster oven, hot plate and microwave. Refrigerator for your food. Wood-burning sauna is also available. We need a few hours notice if you would like to use it—heats up slower in the winter. Just a quick 25-30 min drive from Downtown Grand Rapids, close to Hwy 131.
