The house is in a quiet housing estate on a main Grantham to Lincoln bus route on the edge of Grantham. We are also five minutes walk from a lovely park with paths that lead into the centre of town. Grantham Hospital is 5 minutes drive from here as is the beautiful Belton House. Grantham is situated centrally between Lincoln, Nottingham and Stamford.

Located in a quiet village - within 15 minute drive to Grantham station -perfect for the Kings Cross commute . Annexe to our cottage - Cosey with separate shower room , tv , WiFi and beverage making facilities . There is a lovely local pub across the road which is handy for meals . We are 10 minutes off the A1 and close to Grantham , Melton Mowbray , Oakham and Stamford. My Husband Howard and I live in the cottage with our rescue dog Tara .
