A short walk (or drive away) is an old incinerator which has been converted into a cafe / restaurant. It has indoor and outdoor space and is very child and grown up friendly. If you walk around / behind the cafe there is some bushland, walking tracks and bike tracks to explore. This can get very busy on a Saturday morning when sports are held. Check if they are open for dinner (usually summer only), they have a great kitchen.
