There are two New Shanghai (Shin Shanghai) restaurants in Chatswood.
I refer to them as the "fancy one" and the "not so fancy one". This is the "not so fancy one" hidden away in the Lemon Grove arcade. Both are excellent, but FWIW, this is my favourite of the two.
