Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish guest home. Whether you are a traveling professional or making transition to Southern California, this is the perfect home you have been looking for. This unit is well decorated with luxurious bedding and all the amenities you would need. Fully furnished kitchen to make your everyday meals. Total privacy with your own entrance and bathroom.

*Check in: 4:00pm. Check out: 11am. Check-in time can be flexible AFTER 3PM only since there is keyless entry. If you need to check out later than 12 noon you need to discuss with me ahead of time to see if it is possible for the next guest visit.

*Quiet time: 10pm-7am.

*Please respect my neighbors.

*No smoking within the house. If you decide to smoke, it has to be 10 ft away from the house.

*Please use the amenities we provided with care.

*Please do not bring guest without our approval. We have security cameras around the house and monitor them all the times.

*No loitering in front of the house or inside the garden. The place cannot have party or loud noise.

*Absolutely NO drugs use or excessive alcohol.

*Please DO NOT use bath towels and hand towels to swipe surfaces or remove makeup. If we have to throw away any towels because it cannot be washed, there will be a $5 charge per towel.

*If you bring sweet snack/fruits and have a booking of more than 2 days, please do not leave the leftover/ trash in the small trashcan inside the room as they can attract ants and insects as well as create bad smell.

*You have to turn off the A/C and lights when leaving the house. It helps us to keep the price down and also benefits the environment.
