Ambienti im është një kompleks apartamentesh + Shtëpia me 2 dhoma gjumi, në zemër të West Denpasar, por ende e lehtë për t 'u arritur në zonat turistike (+- 15 minuta deri në Kerobokan). Ky listim është për shtëpi 2br. Duke qenë se hapësira e parkimit të makinave është e kufizuar, mosinformimi paraprakisht do të të detyrojë të parkosh jashtë vendit nëse hapësira është e plotë, me të gjitha kostot dhe detyrimet që lidhen me të që do të mbulohen nga vizitorët. Pls lexo të gjitha informacionet dhe rregullat shtesë të shtëpisë.

Ambienti
You'll have the entire place consist of: 1 main bedroom with bathroom inside, 1 smaller bedroom, 1 outside-bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, working table, furniture, 2 air conditioners in each bedroom, waterheater, and fridge. Wifi, cleaning, and towel-bedlinen are included.

My place is surrounded with local residential, laundromat, small shops and small restaurants (warungs), a bit further by vehicle (min. 5 minutes), on the big street: fast foods, restaurants, standard café, gym, hospital/clinics, etc.
The area is very local and lacks the hype of Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud or those bustling tourist hotspots built for tourists.

Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom. It is advised to smoke at the balcony/backyard or with door/window opened.

Daily rental: including electricity. No breakfast.
Cleaning service is once every 2 days.

Long term stay (weekly & monthly): electricity is not included (self-managed, using prepaid system) . No breakfast, no soap shampoo.
Cleaning service is 2 times per week, bed sheet & towels to be replaced once a week, duvet to be replaced once a month. One towel per person per week. Drinking water, toilet paper, and table tissue are provided on the first time only.

No Cleaning service after 14.00 during weekdays, National holidays (Christmas, Galungan and Nyepi/Silent Day, Idul Fitri, etc), and Sunday.

We do not have 24 hrs receptionist, therefore pls always update us your ETA. For midnight arrival, I will provide the self check in manuals.

As per Government rules, pls separate your waste:
♻️ organic (food waste, plants, raw food etc biodegradable) into GREEN bin
⚠️ and non organic (paper, plastic, metal, tissue, etc non biodegradable) into YELLOW bin.
☢️ B3: bulb, chemical, glass batery, drugs etc into the bin near the entry gate outside.
The staff will collect Organic and Non Organic trash on your cleaning schedule.

It is not allowed to dispose anything, even toilet paper/tissue and oil (cooking oil included), into the toilet, kitchen sink, wash basin, bathroom’s main hole, etc plumbing distribution.
Upon checking In, A Loft Apartment staff will show the toilet, etc that is working properly. If there’s any clogging found during the Tenant stay, A Loft Apartment will charge the fixing costs as the rate applied by the Service Provider. Pls let your visitors/guests know about this as well.

Standard of cleanliness & conditions upon checking out :
- An extra charge will be applied if you leave a bulky trash: suitcase, boxes, furniture, large plastic trash, etc. It's starting from 50k (it may vary). This is to be given to the Binman/garbage collector.
- No human waste (puke/feces/urine, etc.) outside the toilet
- No clogging on kitchen sink/toilet/washbasin
- No graffiti/doodles/stickers/color beverages splash on the wall/ furniture/linens
- No holes by smoke burnt and food/alcohol beverages/human waste- spots on linens and sofa bed
- No modification/damages/loss on fixtures (any items that bolted to the wall and floor, including the walls, furniture and electronics) and fittings (items that free standing and hung, including furniture, electronics, and decorations) by Tenant’s failures.
If found, we have a right to ask extra charge for replacement and/or extra cleaning, or we deduct it to the security deposit or to ask the resolution center

My place isn’t a coworking space with dedicated high-capacity internet. Instead, we offer Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 300 Mbps to share with other guests.
However, keep in mind that network stability depends on various factors: how many users, the building structure, and FUP (Fair Usage Policy) & network condition from ISP.
So, while we strive for a reliable connection, occasional fluctuations might occur.

No Party and pls keep your noise down, especially at/after 10pm for everyone’s conveniences.

Normal day in Bali/Denpasar: bugs (mosquitos and ants, pls prepare yourself with the repellent. You just need to use antibug spray or you can ask us to help you. Pls note that we can't eliminate the bugs 100%, they can always find their way to come back), vehicles, animal noises (gecko/tokek, birds, dogs and cats), religion activities, etc.

- copy of ID and visa ( for foreigners) for District Authority reporting. All long term guests is advised to make a temporary residence card in Banjar Buana Indah and pay +- IDR100k (Tba/to be advised if there’s any regulation about this).
