Riad Mimine is a private riad nestled in the historic and secure Kasbah district, steps away from the Saadian Tombs. Acquired in April 2026 and fully renovated, every detail has been carefully considered — handpicked furniture, large Moroccan art canvases, zellige and tadelakt bathrooms, authentic bejmat floors, a landscaped cactus terrace.
Latifa, our housekeeper, is present every morning for breakfast and housekeeping, and remains your on-site contact for any need during your stay.

ABOUT THE SPACE
✨ Welcome to Riad Mimine — a tribute to Marrakech, in the heart of the Kasbah
Riad Mimine takes its name from the owner’s grandmother. A name chosen with love, for a place designed with care. Acquired in April 2026 and fully renovated in just two months, the riad was redecorated with taste to preserve the authenticity and warmth of Marrakech — while offering every modern comfort.
🏡 Entirely yours
The entire riad is exclusively yours — no other travelers, no shared spaces. Just you, your group, and Marrakech.
🛏️ Two bedrooms with strong identities
🔵 The Blue Room — an exceptional nighttime cocoon. Midnight blue linen, a large perforated gold Moroccan lantern casting star patterns across the ceiling, lapis lazuli artwork, white and blue Berber rug. A bedroom that feels like a dream.
🟠 The Terracotta Room — light, warmth and character. Terracotta linen, large canvas of Jemaa el-Fna at sunset, arched door opening onto the courtyard, ceiling fan, generous natural light.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom — one in glossy black zellige with brass fixtures and oval mirror, the other in warm beige tadelakt with a copper basin and Moroccan lantern. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed for every stay. Shower gel and shampoo are also available.
✨ The Golden Room — a third exceptional space, lined floor to ceiling in honey-gold zellige tiles, with daybeds and warm ambient lighting. The perfect spot to read, unwind, or simply enjoy the silence of the Medina.
🌿 The courtyard & skylight — at the heart of the riad, the interior courtyard topped by a glass skylight floods the living spaces with natural light all day long. Tropical banana tree, zellige fountain, Moroccan lounge — all resting on authentic bejmat floors, the traditional Moroccan terracotta brick laid in a herringbone pattern.
☀️ The rooftop terrace — a beautiful bejmat staircase leads you up to the large sun-drenched rooftop terrace. Towering cacti, olive tree, cushioned outdoor lounge — 300 days of sunshine a year. Your morning headquarters.
🍳 Latifa, your housekeeper — every morning until 10:30am, Latifa prepares and serves a homemade Moroccan breakfast. She also takes care of daily housekeeping and remains your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay. On request, lunches and dinners are available at €20 per person.
Everything included:
✅ Moroccan breakfast every morning until 10:30am

✅ Air conditioning & ceiling fan in every room
