Cozy loft-style studio to yourself, part refurbished in the heart of the city.
Choice of double bed (upstairs) or sofa bed (downstairs). Take note that the steps to go upstairs are quite steep.

Our privetly owned apartment is located in a large twin building complex (apartment, student accommodation, hotel and mall) and is perfectly located next to a bus stop (every 2min) and Broadway Sydney.
10-15min walk to Central and Darling Harbour

It is a nice little unit with high ceiling (the whole unit to yourself) that we renovated and were we felt at home for a couple of years.
It is a cozy and clean unit where you will have unlimited hot water usage with your own bathroom + a brand new shower unit, a heater in winter and an A/C in summer.
There is a double bed upstairs in the loft with enough standing hight, but if you don't feel like climbing the steps to go upstairs, there is also a sofa bed downstairs.
Towels, linens, shower gel and shampoo available, as well as a hairdryer, cotton buds & pads. There is a kitchenette in the room (sink, microwave and fridge).

(It is possible to use the stove and fire in the communal kitchen but as it is NOT maintained by us) We have pans and pots in the flat that you can use.

Broadway Sydney (supermarket, shopping, movie theater...) is just across the street.
You are 3 min walk from Glebe which has a nice market on Saturday and lots of nice cafes and restaurants.
UTS, TAFE and Sydney Uni are all within 5 min walking distance.
Central is about 10 min walk or just 2 bus stops away.
Lots of great places to visit accessible by walk:
Darling Harbour (20min), Town Hall (30 min) and Circular Quay (45min).
Alternatively you can catch a bus down the street or a train to get there.

We love traveling and have visited lots of different places in the world but we have decided to call Sydney home nearly 8 years ago (Fumi has been in Australia for almost 20 years).
We both work in Sydney and like to stay outdoors on our days off, either at the beach or for a walk in one of the beautiful parks around the city, Sydney has so much to offer..
We are pretty relaxed and like meeting new people but as hosts, we will respect your privacy and will let you enjoy our flat, you will have the place to yourself but we stay available if you need anything.
