The stylish Villa Meereswoge is in an absolutely top location in the seaside resort of Bansin, directly on the pier. From this starting position you can reach the beach, promenade, shops and restaurants in just a few steps.

Ambienti
The 100 square meter apartment number 2 is on the lower ground floor of the house. Thanks to two bedrooms and a sofa bed, up to six people can spend their holidays here. Access to the apartment is via the external staircase of the villa. In the house, go back down a flight of stairs.

Lovingly prepared, the living room has a beautiful living area, TV and stereo for your entertainment. A dining table with six seating options fits perfectly into the room image. In a separate room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has an additional dining table with chairs. There you will find a 4-plate stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher, as well as other useful kitchen utensils. The outdoor terrace of the apartment can be used for sunny stays and relaxing evenings with the family. The terrace is not connected to the apartment, but can only be reached from the outside via the villa's garden.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed, chest of drawers and its own TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom offers enough space for a high level of comfort, is lit by natural light thanks to a window and is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail, shower and bath.

For the very small visitors there is a high chair and a travel cot with a mattress in the apartment, but without linen, available free of charge. You park your car on your own parking space at the house. WiFi is available free of charge. A lockable bicycle room is located in the villa.

Upon arrival, the beds are made for your comfort and towels are provided. This is basic equipment, you will find two towels and a bath towel per person as well as two tea towels and a shower mat on your arrival.

The service fee includes costs for: electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, initial set of bed linen, towels and booking fees.

Free additions such as bicycles or beach chairs are not part of the rental agreement. There is no legal claim here. There is a right to any existing balcony or terrace furniture from May to September.

The provision of the WLAN depends on the respective technical possibilities. We do not guarantee that the WLAN can be used without interference or interruptions. We also cannot guarantee transmission speeds.
