Classic 50 year old Japanese home, with large living and dining rooms. This is private room maximum 3 persons with room key lock.
There are two private rooms on the second floor(please check other balcony room too), each with a key lock for privacy and security. This room has two European semi double bed and one extra futon bed. Maximum 3 persons is good for couple and friends.
Shared first floor living spaces and garden patio.
When in season season, BBQ or coffee in the garden is beautiful.

This classic Japanese home was renovated, including walls, floors, kitchen and bathroom.

There are two private rooms on the second floor, with capacity for 3 and 5 persons each. Both rooms have key locks for privacy and security.
This is left side 201 room (max 3 persons ).

Shared spaces include the 1st floor living rooms, dining room, kitchen and toilet/shower room. Feel free to use anything on the first floor (not including other guest's food)

Amenities include free WiFi, Apple TV, Netflix, tea, coffee, snacks, iPhone dock and speakers, washing machine (with dryer), bath face towels and a pair of bicycles.

The house located between Kyoto and Nara good access to Uji Byoudoin.
There are in 4 mins from Kutsukawa station (Kintetsu line), and 15 mins from the Shinden and Joyo stations (JR Rail).

We have two European semi double bedding and extra Japanese Futon bed.

It take 20-30 mins from mid Kyoto and Nara, in 50 mins Osaka.
In 75 mins from Kansai airport by car.
In 120-130 mins from Kansai airport to my home by train.

I have my own company near guest house. You can park your car at my shop. There are many parking space.
Also I am living in front of this house.

If there are no empty room, I have another room and entire house nearby this house.

6 mins from Onsen hot spring named Genji-Yu, open until 1:00am (last entry 12:00am). There is also a good sushi restaurant near the hot springs.
