Ensuite double bedroom in beautiful sunny Victorian House with modern decor . I work in fashion in London / New York / Paris and travel a lot .. The House is located right on Clapham Common - fabulously located for getting around London !

This is a modern self contained flat with its own entrance in a Victorian House . It is a top floor flat with fabulous views over the west facing gardens to the rear of the house. Both bedrooms , kitchen and terrace overlook the back of the house and the stunning sunsets - they are to die for ! Our fully equipped brand new designer kitchen has integrated Siemens appliances . Kitchen Aid as well if you fancy any baking ! We have wifi and SKY TV in all the rooms - 3 separate SKY TV boxes - with all movie channels - and all the sports channels too ! Have a drink watching the sunset on the balcony , go for a stroll along the river - and then head over to the Sands End Pub for a bit of Royal spotting and a spectacular dinner - Perfect ! Or relax in the space watch a movie on TV and get ready for an important meeting - or days out exploring London and everything this fabulous capital has to offer !

You will have the entire flat to yourself , two double sized bedrooms , two luxurious modern bathrooms with RAK fittings - and designer brand new modern kitchen . A west facing terrace with sun loungers , table and chairs .
In the first bedroom is a single bed with another mattress which easily pulls out from underneath . Downstairs bathroom has all RAK fitting , luxury bathtub , and shower , toilet and sink .. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with an en-suite luxury shower ,toilet and sink - and sky lights . The bedroom also has full sized doors that open to view the back gardens .. All the bedrooms have double glazed windows for piece and quiet . Both bathrooms have sockets for anything you need .

I am always at the end of the phone or if I am away travelling my cleaner for 10 years Judite will be at your disposal should you need anything !

Other things to note are there is closet space in both bedrooms for you to use - a small cupboard in the kitchen and room in the refrigerator as well as the SKY TV in both bedrooms and the living room with all channels .
The King sized mattress in the top bedroom is only 6 months old and is 100% Organic luxury Flaxby Collection Natures Finest mattress handmade from all of the finest natural material . Unbelievably comfortable ! The entire flat is also equipped with fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms , fire extinguisher as well .

Our neighbourhood is Sands End Fulham just next door to Chelsea and around the corner from the famous Sands End Pub - close walk to New Kings Road with all it's antique shops and lovely restaurants . Great for lovely sunset walks along the river , Hurlingham Club , Chelsea Harbour , Wandsworth Bridge Road , Fulham Road .. We even have the famous Clip and Climb super fun climbing facilities famous for its vertical drop slide , plus cafe , just 4 roads away ! Cinema is 10 minutes walk away as well .. Lovely restaurants like Joes Brasserie are 2 minutes walk away !
