The White Oak Lodge's six-bedroom accommodations weave luxury, style, and authenticity into your 'big as Texas' adventure. Our White Oak lodge also features a large Commercial Kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, two ovens, a commercial refrigerator, a large kitchen island, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a dishwasher.
Our White Oak Lodge has multiple lounge spaces: The living room is equipped with a large flat screen television w/ standard cable, pool table, board games, outdoor games (shuffleboard, cornhole, Jenga, etc) a gas fireplace, 3 large leather couches, 3 large leather chairs, dining room (formal) and our casual dining room in the kitchen.

The Whole Weekend Wedding Package gives you the whole wedding experience, without the stress! With three days on the property, you can decorate at your own pace, hold your rehearsal dinner, Ceremony, and Reception, and with our onsite lodging, spend time with your favorite people all in one place!
With this package, you will also enjoy Southern fresh prepared breakfasts for you and your guests each morning. Your host and the property caretaker live on the property, in an adjoining apartment connected to the White Oak Lodge and is there to assist you. Our Operations Manager will also be on-site (on the property) during your stay.

You’ll have uninterrupted, access to the Event Venue, Ceremony site, and our two guest lodges.
Ceremony Site Access:
We have a designated outdoor ceremony space overlooking a pond, surrounded by gorgeous oak trees, and pines with a gazebo and bench seating for 150 guests. The space is equipped with electricity. A paved walkway leads guests to and from the parking lot and reception hall.
You may also choose to have your ceremony indoors in the Live Oak Venue with a beautiful fireplace backdrop (this will require a flip of the space for the reception to follow). This is also used for rain contingency.

This property is a business. It is a fully operating bed & breakfast and special event & retreat resort. We specialize in Whole Weekend Weddings, You will have all 9 guestrooms in our White Oak and Red Oak Lodges, access to our 55,000-gallon pool, our large commercial kitchen, coffee bar, dining, and game rooms. The owner / Caretaker is onsite 24 hours, and staff will be coming and going (i.e. - pool cleaners, housekeeping, event staff, maintenance, etc.)
