Our apartment is located in the center of Plateau-Mont-Royal, just South of Parc Laurier/North of Parc Lafontaine, a 5 minutes walk to Mont-Royal and Laurier subway stations. You can get groceries, alcohol (corner store + SAQ), parks, Bixi bikes, nice cafés and other services within a 3 to 6 minutes walk. Our street is filled with trees and it's nice to walk around the neighborhood.

I am offering my room, while traveling abroad for 6 weeks - I'm a freelance choreographer and dancer, going to Jerusalem, Ramallah and Brussels. Our apartment is a typical Plateau construction, feels like a good home. It’s 5 minutes walk to Mont-Royal and Laurier subway stations – located in central Plateau-Mont-Royal, just South of Parc Laurier/North of Parc Lafontaine. You can get groceries, alcohol (corner store + SAQ), parks, nice cafés and other services within a 3 to 6 minutes walk. Safe and lively neighborhood, nice to walk around.

Mes colocataires Isabella, Étienne et moi partageons un 6 ½. J’offre ma chambre car je voyagerai à l’étranger du 1er février au 7 mars 2017 – je suis chorégraphe et danseuse pigiste, j’irai à Jerusalem, Ramallah et Bruxelles. Notre appartement est construit dans le style typique du Plateau, situé à 5 min de marche des stations de métro Mont-Royal et Laurier – centre du Plateau-Mont-Royal, juste au sud du Parc Laurier/Nord du Parc Lafontaine. Épicerie, dépanneur, SAQ, parcs, bons cafés et autres services accessibles en 3 à 6 minutes de marche. Voisinage sécuritaire, animé et agréable pour se promener.

(en français plus bas) You will have access to my room (queen size bed), my office (my roommates are away most days and evenings, so I enjoy the calm to work on my freelance projects), the living room, bathroom, kitchen and cooking equipment, storage room, backyard. And access to our Wi-fi too.

Vous aurez accès à ma chambre (lit queen), mon bureau (mes colocs sont absents la plupart des journées et soirées, donc je profite du calme pour travailler sur mes projets à la maison), au salon, à la salle de bain, la cuisine et l’équipement pour cuisiner, la remise, la cours arrière. Et accès au réseau internet sans-fil évidemment.

Bonjour! I'm Léa, I work as a choreographer and dancer most of the time, collaborating with different kinds of artists - musicians, theater people, visual artists and street artists - I love dance (training in different techniques, as much as partying on stupid music), cooking, walking outside, looking at the trees and meeting people, without pressure...learning things - languages, guitar, reading philosophy, watching documentaries... I've had really good housemate experiences in the past, I'm confident that it should work well. I keep the apartment clean and am happy if you want to share it for a couple days. I'm generally busy training, rehearsing, in meetings and doing admin, promo and networking stuff on the computer, or visiting friends! For sure I'll be happy to speak with you, recommend places to visit and things to do, perhaps go for tea or somewhere together if we feel like. If you prefer to do your own thing it's all good too, as long as you treat my apartment and me respectfully. Also my roomate Emily is a classical pianist, and we are offering her room while she's away. There's a piano in her room if you'd like to play.
