This is a charming 2 bedroom sea-view apartment. It's clean, white, bright & delightfully designed. The apartment is spaciously sized approximately 130 meters, and this listing is for one of the bedrooms.

Feel free to relax in the shared wide-open living room, help yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the stunning sea-view in the balcony, furnished with a chic table and a couple of stools.

Everything you might need is available here. Apartment is located right on the coastal road facing a public beach right across which you can walk to in 2 minutes.

Clean-air and quiet central air-conditioning throughout the apartment, cooling down the hot summers of Kuwait.

Groceries can be delivered quick & free of delivery charges from the grocery store right behind my building. Laundry service with free pickup and delivery is available as well, if you prefer not to use the washer/dryer available in the apartment (for free).

Any other needs can certainly be provided. The comfort of my guests is always a priority!

The apartment is located in the area of Mangaf, a very peaceful and quiet area by the sea. It's in southern Kuwait and in a prime location as the building is right on the main coastal road.

You can go for a swim or a picnic on the shore as the public beach is right across the building, almost all other buildings lack this privilege.

To the left, Miral restaurant & cafe complex is right on the beach, it's just a 5 minute walk. You can find there tons of cuisine options.
To the right is Starbucks, only a 3 minute walk. There's also a gym next door and a car rental office and taxi office as well. A laundromat, dermatology clinic, dentist, and a general healthcare clinic are all next door also. Many grocery stores & restaurants are available right behind the building as well.

Pastries, savories and yummy snacks can also be found at a shop right next to the building.
