3. Our office hour is closed after 9 pm. If you need any assistance, we are happy to assist you the next morning after 10 am.

4. Strictly NON-SMOKING rooms. RM100 fine for room smokers.

5. Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room or to the Hotel premises caused by you or any persons in your group (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. We reserve the right to debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion.

6. Greystone will not be responsible for any loss or damage of belongings left in the guest's room and/or the Hotel property at all times.
