Safe and central! With beautiful houses and gardens, with a predominant architecture from the 50's, our neighborhood, Nuevo Vedado, is a residential place that is distinguished by the beauty of its constructions and the possibilities of accessing any part of the City in just minutes. We are located in the area of the Forest of Havana, the Park and the River Almendrares, very close to its mouth to the Sea, the Malecón Habanero and in the vicinity of Vedado and Miramar.
In our area you will find restaurants and cafes like La Casa, El Balcón, La Rosa Negra, El Japanese, El Cocinero, El 1830, as well as different nightclubs such as the famous Cuban Art Factory (FAC). You can also take a taxi, and in a few minutes enjoy the Club La Zorra and El Cuervo, Espacio, Dos Gardenias, La Casa de la Música and various cabaret shows in the hotels Nacional, Capri, Riviera and La Habana Libre.
Other places of interest near our house are; The Plaza de la Revolución, the National Theater, the Zoo, and the Colon Necropolis, as well as the inter-provincial bus and car terminal, Vía Azul.
We are not in Old Havana, but you can access in 10 or 15 minutes by taxi, via the Malecón Habanero, in a beautiful walk along the coast, which takes you to the Historical Center, and in 30 minutes, to the beaches of East.
